Product Finish & Craftsmanship

Our bedding and loungewear are produced in small batches, where fabric movement and artisanal processes may result in very subtle variations in print alignment or finish.

These are considered part of the natural character of the product and do not affect quality, comfort, or durability.

This means every piece is slightly unique, in a refined and understated way.


Return & Replacement Eligibility

For hygiene and product integrity, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Size selected incorrectly

• Personal feel/texture preferences

• Minor natural variations as described above

• Color perception differences due to screen/lighting

• Items that have been used, washed, or tried on beds

However, if the product delivered to you is:

• Incorrect,

• Or has a clear major manufacturing issue like torn or hole,

We are happy to offer a replacement for the same product.


Condition Requirements

To request a replacement:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Share a full unboxing video (from opening the package to showing the product)

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and free from any marks, fragrance, makeup, body oil, pet hair, or surface stains

We cannot process requests if:

• The product shows any signs of use or washing

• The request is made without a continuous unboxing video

• The product was folded or repacked before recording

These steps ensure fairness, safety, and hygiene for all customers.


Order Cancellations and Refund

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. No Refunds can be initiated in any scenario.
